Complex Claims Solutions Limited was established in 2012 by Richard Gross, a Chartered Loss Adjuster with more than 30 years’ experience of handling large, complex and contentious industrial / commercial insurance claims throughout the World.
Following experienced gained handling large construction / erection claims in Europe, Richard embarked upon an expatriate career as a loss adjuster which lasted for more than 20 years, living and working in the Middle East (Kuwait), South East Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia and Taiwan) and, for more than 13 years, Latin America (principally in Mexico as Regional Director for a large international loss adjusting practice).
Since 2012, Richard has continued to operate as a Loss Adjuster, from bases in both Mexico and the UK, providing assistance to Insurers and Reinsurers in connection with a wide range of losses, principally in Latin America and Spanish speaking territories, but also elsewhere in the World for specialist classes of business.
As a fluent Spanish speaker, who has lived and worked in Latin America for many years, Richard is familiar with the legal / regulatory frameworks as these relate to insurance / reinsurance business, understands the different cultures and business practices and is known to many of the market participants. As such, Complex Claims Solutions is in an unrivaled position to provide assistance to clients operating in this business arena.
